- 4 gousses d'ail
- 2 échalotes
- 150 g bœuf haché
- 150 g veau haché
- 6 tranches fines de jambon cru
- 1 carotte
- 1 poivron rouge
- 2 branches de céleri
- 1 courgette
- 1 oeuf
- 30 cl crème fraîche liquide
- 1 tranche de pain de mie
- 10 cl lait
- 1 boîte pulpes de tomate
- 100 g copeaux de parmesan
- Sel
- Poivre
- Mozzarella râpée
- 1 cube de bouillon de volaille
- Huile d'olive

- Éplucher tout les légumes ainsi que l'ail et les échalotes que vous mettrez de côté. Couper les légumes en brunoises (tout petits dés). Mixer les échalotes et l'ail.

Puis le cube de bouillon de volaille, la boîte de pulpe de tomates, le bouquet garni, le sucre et 10cl d'eau. Saler un petit peu, poivrer. Faire cuire environ 30min à feux doux
- Pendant ce temps, dans une autre poêle, faire chauffer un peu d'huile d'olive, ajouter le reste d'ail et des échalotes, les tranches de jambon cru coupés en petits morceaux, le veau et le bœuf haché. Saler/poivrer et laisser cuire environ 15min en mélangeant bien
- Une fois les légumes et la viandes cuitent, réserver. Pour ma part j'ai mixer le mélange de viandes puis une fois refroidit, j'ai ajouté le pain de mie émietté et trempé dans le lait et enfin l'œuf
- Dans une casserole, faire chauffer à feux doux la crème fraîche avec les copeaux de parmesan, du sel et du poivre. Une fois le parmesan bien fondu dans la crème, réserver.
- Dans un plat au four, mettre les légumes au fond (enlever bien le bouquet garnis), garnir chaque cannellonis avec la farce de viande puis les placer avec les légumes. Couler la crème de parmesan sur le dessus des cannellonis et ajouter la mozzarella râpée
- Enfourner environ 40min a 200 °c
