  5. 🇫🇷 Ajouter ensuite l'oeuf entier + le jaune et enfin le fromage blanc. Pétrir la pâte jusqu'à ce qu'elle ne colle plu au bol --- 🇬🇧 Add then egg, yalk and white cheese step by step. Knead the dough until it becomes unsticky
  6. 🇫🇷 Laisser lever la pâte 1h30 / 2h à température ambiante (1h en étuve). Ne pas oublier de couvrir --- 🇬🇧 Let the dough rise up 1h30 / 2h in ambiant temperature (1h in steamroom). Don't forget covering
  7. 🇫🇷 Diviser la pâte en 6 boules d'environ 95 - 100g et les bouler. Les disposer sur une plaque revêtue de papier cuisson et applatir légèrement --- 🇬🇧 Divide the dough in 6 parts (approximatively 95-100g). Make balls and dispose it on a lined plaque (cooking paper). Press out slightly
