- Dans une poêle, faire chauffer un généreux filet d'huile. Ajouter la julienne de légumes récupérée dans le cuit vapeur. Faire frire le gingembre jusqu'à ce qu'il soit roux /croustillant. Verser l'excédent d'huile dans la sauce soja au gingembre.
- Il ne reste plus qu'à dresser ! Disposer votre filet de poisson, les oignons jeunes. Arroser de la sauce soja au gingembre. Décorer avec les cives ciselées et le gingembre frit. Bon appétit 😘
