  4. ➢ CUISSON & MONTAGE Dans une grande poêle beurrée, faire cuire les crêpes. Mettre de la compote sur une crêpe. Rouler la crêpe sur elle-même. Mettre du caramel sur la seconde et la rouler sur la première. Continuer ainsi jusqu’à épuisement des stocks. Conserver au frais et saupoudrer de sucre glace au dernier moment.
