- 4 oeufs
- 50 g sucre de coco
- 50 g cassonade
- 200 g chocolat noir pâtissier
- 150 g noix

- Verser le sucre vanillé sur le pain imbibé puis incorporer à l autre préparation
- Utiliser un moule d un diamètre minimum de 25cm et d une hauteur de 6cm
- Enfourner a 180°c pour 50 min
- Attendre que le pudding soit tiédir avant de le démouler
- Astuce gourmande : présenter ce gâteau avec une crème anglaise pour touche encore plus savoureuse
