- On fait revenir les lardons dans une poêle, une fois cuits on les réserve sur du papier absorbant.
- On enleve le surplus du gras des lardons de la poêle et on vient y faire cuire les oignons préalablement coupés en rondelles.
- Une fois les oignons presque translucides, on ajoute un peu de vin blanc.
- Dans un bol, on mélange 100g de fromage blanc, 100g de crème du sel et poivre. On étale ce mélange sur le rectangle de pâte. On y ajoute les lardons et les oignons.
- On enfourner environ 20min dans un four préchauffé à 180 degrés. Bon appétit
