  1. Commencez par activer la levure en la délayant avec les 100mL de lait préalablement tièdis (37°C max). Bien mélanger et laisser reposer une petite vingtaine de minutes dans un endroit chaud.

  4. Couvrez le saladier d'un torchon (propre évidemment) et laissez pousser 2h environ (je mets toujours mes préparation à pousser dans la salle de bain. Il y fait bon et j'évite ainsi les courants d'air qui pourraient nuire à la levée).
  5. Au bout de 2h, on dégaze la pâte et on l'étale au choix, dans une tourtière ou un cercle à tarte. Prenez bien soin de faire monter la pâte sur les bords. Et hop c'est reparti pour 1h de pousse.
  6. Récupérez votre pâte levée et faites des petits trous avec le doigt en faisant attention de ne pas percer la pâte. N'hésitez pas à en faire !!!
  7. Préparez la garniture : mélanger tous les ingrédients sauf le beurre et versez cet appareil sur la tarte... les petits trous vont se remplir de ce mélange et à la dégustation ce sera un délice!!!
  8. Coupez le beurre et répartissez le sur la tarte (parce qu’avec du beurre tout est meilleur!!!)
  9. Enfournez pour 20 minutes à 200°C. Bon appétit...
