- Pendant ce temps faites les oreilles et le nez en faisant des petits tas de chocolat blanc sur une plaque. 2 petits pour les oreilles, un plus gros pour le nez et taper la plaque sur le plan de travail pour étaler les petits tas qui feront des ronds. Mettre au réfrigérateur
- Refermer le fond des coques et remettre au frais 1h
- Démouler avec précaution les coques et finir en collant les oreilles le nez et les yeux. Pour cela mettez une petite pointe de chocolat fondu pour faire tenir le tout. Pour le nez rouge soit vous utilisez un feutre alimentaire, soit vous avez un petit morceau de pâte à sucre et vous le collez également avec une touche de chocolat fondu
